Executive Producer Douglas Collins is on Celebrity Cruises taking a cooking class – and that means goat cheese appetizer, crab cake as the first course, learning to fillet the Mediterranean fish – branzino – complete with all the accompanying vegetables, and ending with a pistachio crusted creme brulee. #yummy #celebritycruises

After we worked with the Celebrity Summit Executive Chef to learn and prepare each of our courses, the Celebrity Team of chefs finished the cooking process and served the complete meal we prepared in one of the upscale specialty restaurants.
